All appointments must be made online. We do not accept walk-ins. A deposit is required to book your service. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If in the event you are running behind, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations + No Show
You may cancel no less than 8 hours before the scheduled appointment. 50% of the total booked service(s) will be incurred if an 8-hour cancellation notice is not given. No-shows will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service(s).
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that “no-shows” and late cancellations are an inconvenience, and other clients lose the opportunity to book service(s).
Kids, Furry Babies and OTHERS…
Time at our studio is best experienced solo. Also, for safety reasons we are unable to accommodate additional parties.
We want your appointment with us to be a time for reflection and pure relaxation. To help maintain the ambiance of the experience we ask that you turn off or silent your phone.
We ONLY accept electronic payments. All sales are final on purchases / services.
Tips may be given at your discretion but only in the form of cash.
We offer complimentary beverages such as juice, coffee and tea. For safety reasons please do not bring food/drinks into the studio. Alcohol is NOT permitted in the studio.
The main entrance to our studio is on Washington Blvd. There is metered parking on Washington Blvd, additional parking can be found on Elenda and Girard.
