Appointments
We do not accept walk-ins. Appointments must be scheduled online using a valid credit/or debit card, which will be charged after the service.
We are unable to perform any services on hair that is matted, severely tangled or that has any form of extensions or braids.
Tardiness
Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment as we cannot guarantee service if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment time.
We may try to provide a shortened session if possible; however it will be at the full price of the service.
Cancellation + Reschedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may do 48-hours prior to your appointment time.
No-show or late cancellation, will result in a 100% charge of all the service(s) booked.
We do not make any exceptions or negotiate the charges and/or inconvenience fees that may be assessed due to late cancellation and reschedule requests.
Light Therapy
Although LED has no contraindications, we advise getting approval from your health care professional prior to treatment.
Pure Skin and Scalp Wellness Studio or Pure Skin and Scalp Therapy Studio and its employees are released from liability associated with light therapy.
Kids, Furry Babies and OTHERS…
We can only accommodate the guest(s) with booked appointment(s), no additional parties will be accommodated.
We respectfully request that you do not book any services for children under the age of 16.
Food/Drinks
For safety reasons please do not bring food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages into the studio.
Cell Phones
Phone conversations are not permitted inside the studio.
Parking
The main entrance to Pure Skin and Scalp Wellness Studio is on Washington Blvd. There is metered parking on Washington Blvd.
