Health and Safety

For health and safety reasons, teammates and clients should NOT visit the studio when sick. Stay home if you are experiencing symptoms such as:


  • Chills

  • Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher

  • Vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • Sore Throat

  • Dry Cough 

Warm/cool sanitized hand towels will always be provided at check in. 

Cleaning assignments are assigned for the hours of operation and are part of each teammate’s job duties.


Frequent hand-washing is practiced by all teammates. 

Air purifiers are placed in each treatment room and common areas.

Disposable gloves and face shield/mask may be worn by your stylist in conjunction with washing and styling your hair. 

Common areas and frequently touched objects (e.g., tables, doorknobs or handles, light switches, phones) are disinfected regularly during business hours. 

Restroom is ALWAYS cleaned and disinfected between use. Please wash your hands after restroom use.

Each private room, which includes its own shampoo bowl, headrest and chair, tools etc. are ALWAYS cleaned and disinfected after each client. 

After each use, items like combs or brushes are immersed in a solution and thoroughly cleaned. 

All single use items, such as disposable wax collars and neck strips are used once and immediately thrown away. 

All dirty linens, including towels, smocks, and reusable capes, are placed in a closed container and not used again until properly laundered.

Clean combs/brushes and linens are always stored in a clean covered place.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve introduced additional procedures (listed in bullet points below).  If you have a disability or health conditions and have concerns  about your ability to comply with any of the requirements, please let us know by contacting and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 


  • We will not serve beverages. 

  • All clients and teammates are expected to wear face coverings or take other personal protective measures as recommended by the CDC. 

  • Temperature checks are required for all clients and teammates.

  • We will NOT be able to accommodate late clients. 

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you have symptoms identified by the CDC as associated with COVID-19. 

  • Visit the CDC website for updates and guidance on how to better protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
